Stoneware Dinnerware in Deep Metallic Bronze
BRONZE is a tableware range of depth, strength, and quiet elegance — born from anthracite stoneware and finished in a rich metallic glaze that reflects both earth and fire. A collection that carries weight, presence, and a grounded sense of ritual.
Porcelain tableware range in matte beige “Sahara”
SAHARA is a quiet celebration of warmth, simplicity, and timeless form — named after my filly Sahara, born here on our farm. A matte beige porcelain range shaped by patience, landscape, and a glaze I have worked with for over a decade, now finally allowed to express its full potential.
The Art of the Teapot Handle
In my ongoing exploration of teapot design, I have been refining both form and function — introducing elegant removable metal handles and experimenting with integrated fine mesh strainers for effortless brewing and easy cleaning. These subtle innovations allow the teapot to remain a ritual object of beauty while embracing modern practicality, where every detail supports both grace and everyday ease.
The Mug We Choose Every Day
We probably kiss our mugs more often than our partners — and that makes the choice of mug surprisingly sacred. From personal ritual to wholesale collections, each one is shaped to offer comfort, presence, and a quiet sense of belonging in the hand.

A Room Within a Living Creative Sanctuary
This guest bedroom is part of our Creative Sanctuary — a quiet space shaped by natural materials, craftsmanship, and intention. Located beside the Laima Ceramics studio, it welcomes guests of our residencies, internships, and courses into an environment that encourages rest, simplicity, and creative focus.
Volcanic Glazes: Pushing the Edge of Form, Fire, and Geological Memory
In this work, I explore large-scale coiled floor vases finished with my signature metallic matte bronze and volcanic-crater glazes. These surfaces, shaped by trapped gases erupting through molten glaze, echo lunar landscapes and cooled lava fields — a dance between intention and the unpredictable force of fire. Each piece becomes a raw, tactile expression of geology, time, and transformation.
NEW DINNERWARE RANGE – RUST
The RUST range emerged from a series of intuitive glaze laboratory experiments — a palette of orange, tan and deep brown tones that feel both earthen and unexpectedly warm. A collection that carries the quiet glow of oxidised metal and the comfort of sun-warmed soil.
From Maker to Designer: The Story of My Best-Selling Porcelain Figures
From puzzled smiles to delighted discovery, these quirky porcelain characters have charmed tea lovers since 2013. Designed for loose herbal tea and crafted with care in Latvia, they celebrate both tradition and collaboration — and a journey of embracing my identity as both maker and designer.
Moon Collection – Lace Born of Fire
After years of working with volcanic glaze, this finish revealed something unexpected — a delicate inlay of bubbling texture set against pure white, creating a contrast that strangely resembled lace.
New Dinnerware range “LEAF” celebrated in the Cherry Bloom
LEAF is a quiet celebration of nature transformed into elegance — abstract burdock leaf patterns flowing across pure white porcelain, creating a surface that feels both organic and refined. A collection that softly holds the meeting point between wild growth and graceful restraint.
First collaboration with Krisjanis
Our first collaboration in the “material world” unfolded quietly, playfully, and naturally — a meeting of clay and wood, form and function, guided by shared life, creativity, and love.
New Collection - Wabi Sabi Rocks - Spring 2023
Born from the moment a tired perfectionist chose to let go, Wabi Sabi Rocks is a collection shaped by surrender rather than control — raw, imperfect, and deeply honest in its form.
Porto Photoshoot
A 10,000 km road trip to Portugal with our puppy Džera became a quiet discovery of teamwork, love, and the unexpected magic that unfolds when two creative worlds meet on the open road.
