UNIQUE, HANDCRAFTED CERAMICS FOR RESTAURANTS
Laima Ceramics creates contemporary, handcrafted tableware for restaurants, cafés, and hospitality spaces that value design, durability, and material integrity. Our collections are defined by minimalist, organic forms that highlight natural materials and the quiet individuality of handmade work.
A curated range of glaze finishes allows pieces to be mixed and matched, supporting table settings that feel considered, distinctive, and aligned with your kitchen and interior concept.
Alongside our core collections, we offer bespoke design solutions for custom hospitality projects, developed in close dialogue with chefs and restaurant teams.
All Laima Ceramics tableware is food-safe, dishwasher-safe, and highly durable, engineered for daily professional use while elevating both everyday service and fine dining experiences.
Curated for professional kitchens and culinary teams, we partner closely with chefs to shape tableware that supports creative cuisine and durable service.
Featured HOSPITALITY Partners
One of Laima Ceramics’ most significant restaurant partnerships to date was a bespoke tableware order of 1,500 pieces for Reethaus, the flagship cultural and hospitality space at the Slowness Flussbad campus in Berlin.
Reethaus is renowned for its immersive architecture and philosophy of intentional presence and calm — a hospitality concept that values thoughtful materials and mindful design.
For this project, we developed a custom stoneware dinnerware range, including plates, bowls, and serving pieces finished as well as wheel-thrown teaware, sake sets, wine carafes and vases.
The collaboration reflected a shared commitment to durable, tactile ceramics that elevate dining experiences in settings where both aesthetics and performance are essential.
This extensive production exemplifies Laima Ceramics’ capability not only to serve everyday restaurant needs but also to partner on large-scale, design-driven hospitality projects that embrace craft, materiality, and intentional experience.
REETHAUS Berlin
For Max Cekot Kitchen, we created a set of wheel-thrown stoneware urchin dishes finished in our signature lava glaze, developed specifically for the restaurant’s tasting menu.
Max Cekot Kitchen was the first restaurant in Latvia to receive a Michelin Star, awarded in late 2023 when the first-ever Michelin Guide Latvia was launched, making it a landmark moment for Latvian gastronomy.
This collaboration was deeply hands-on and precise: the chef sat beside Laima at the wheel as each form was shaped, refining proportions and curves in real time to achieve the exact vessel required for the dish.

Jūrmala Golf Club represents another extensive hospitality collaboration for Laima Ceramics, developed for a refined dining environment where landscape, architecture, and cuisine meet.
For the venue, we created a bespoke porcelain tableware collection, including plates and bowls finished in crystalline and special-effect glazes, alongside wheel-thrown porcelain teaware and handcrafted teapots with wood handles.
The collection balances durability with elegance, supporting both contemporary food presentation and the calm, considered atmosphere of the club’s dining spaces.
HIORE RESTAURANT
One of our earliest restaurant collaborations from 2015 was with MILDA, an authentic Baltic cuisine restaurant located in the very heart of Riga.
For MILDA, we created a bespoke selection of serving dishes and tapas plates, designed to complement traditional Baltic flavours while supporting contemporary food presentation. This collaboration marked an important beginning for Laima Ceramics in the hospitality world, grounding our work in local culinary culture, material honesty, and functional design made for everyday professional use.

We work closely with chefs to design each element of our tableware. A plate is the canvas on which culinary ideas are presented — it should reflect the restaurant’s atmosphere while allowing the food to remain the focal point.
Choose from our range of ceramic dinner plates, side plates, and serving platters, and complement them with our tea and coffee cups to create a table setting with character, coherence, and quiet presence.
