Our first 1-week pottery course for a group
In this special moment for our studio, we proudly hosted our very first 1-week beginners pottery course for a group — welcoming a small yet beautifully diverse circle of international students into the calm rhythm of clay and creativity.
It was a joy to welcome
Şernur from Switzerland, Māra from Latvia, and Anna from Poland
— three unique souls who arrived with curiosity, openness, and the courage to begin something new.
More Than Technique
Beyond learning the basics of pottery, this week became an invitation into presence. Into slowing down. Into listening — to the material, to the body, to the subtle intelligence of making. Surrounded by the vast fields and stillness of rural Rundāle, the studio transformed into a small creative sanctuary where each participant could safely explore both skill and self-expression.
A Beginning That Matters
This first group course holds a special place in our hearts. It marks not only the expansion of our educational journey, but the quiet establishment of a shared creative space where beginners are welcomed with gentleness, patience, and care.
Thank you
Şernur, Māra and Anna
for your trust, your openness, and your beautiful energy.
You have become part of the living story of this place.
