Pictured on porcelain, white and grey stoneware. On porcelain, MIST develops into a clean, pure white surface with a soft, fluid quality. As shown in the close-up of the cup base, even a thicker application remains well behaved and stays in place without excessive running.
On grey stoneware, the glaze becomes more contrasting, allowing the darker clay body to show through and creating a deeper, more expressive surface.
Recommended Firing Range
Cone 6–8 (1200–1260°C / 2192–2300°F)
Pictured samples are fired to 1260°C (Cone 8, ≈ 2300°F).

Begin with 0.8:1 water-to-powder ratio.
Sieve thoroughly.
Add a little extra water if needed to reach your preferred consistency.
IMPORTANT:
You must mix the entire dry bag at once.
Because the glaze is hand-blended, ingredients are not perfectly uniform in small portions. Mixing only part of the bag will produce uneven results.
Yield reference:
500 g (≈ 1.1 lb) of dry powder makes approx. 800 ml (≈ 27 fl oz) of liquid glaze.
