Wabi-sabi bronze rock bowl
A small sculptural surface shaped by surrender, fire, and stone.
This minimal, organic plate comes from the Wabi-Sabi Rocks series — a collection born from a moment of release, when perfection softened and instinct took its place. Freshly formed clay was pressed and thrown against natural rock, allowing chance to leave its imprint. What emerged was not chaos, but truth — raw textures, fractures, and geological traces that feel profoundly alive.
A luminous bronze glaze fills the center — warm, reflective, and quietly dramatic. The glaze pools like fading dusk across volcanic terrain, catching light in soft, molten ripples.
Perfect As
– a jewellery tray for rings & cherished pieces
– a sacred altar or meditation plate
– an incense or palo santo base
– a trinket dish for small treasures
– a sculptural object anchoring a shelf, shrine, or table
A companion for daily rituals, carrying the quiet resonance of wabi-sabi — where asymmetry, texture, and imperfection tell the truest stories.
Each plate is entirely unique. Slight variations in size, tone, and geological texture are natural expressions of the process and the unpredictable poetry of the kiln.
