Stone Collection Mug "Introvert"
These minimal stoneware cups belong to our STONE Collection — a range born during the quiet stillness of the pandemic, shaped by slowness, reflection, and a return to raw simplicity.
Defined by its raw, softly hand-polished exterior, the collection honours the honest character of clay and the calm presence of understated design.
The INTROVERT form is shaped with a gently inward-turning rim — a quiet, sheltering silhouette inspired by Japanese winter vessels. This subtle inward curve gathers warmth close and creates a sense of intimacy, as if the mug were holding the moment for you.
Its rounded body rests naturally in the palms, offering a comforting, grounding presence during morning rituals or slow evening tea.
Wheel-thrown from natural grey stoneware and refined entirely by hand, each mug carries small organic shifts in form and proportion — a soft reminder of the maker’s touch.
The exterior stays raw and vitrified: matte, tactile, and stone-like. Inside, a warm beige crystalline glaze moves between matte and gloss, creating delicate patterns unique to every piece.
Capacity: approx. 400 ml (≈ 13.5 fl oz)
Slight variations in size, gentle asymmetry, quiet shifts in tone, and organic rim movement are celebrated traces of human hands.
High-fired stoneware (1260°C) makes each piece strong, non-porous, and ready for everyday ritual use. Food-safe • Dishwasher safe • Microwave safe
Please allow 4–12 weeks making time as your vessel is formed, glazed and fired through a slow, intentional process that honours material, form and artisan rhythm.
Thank you for supporting slow, mindful craftsmanship and women-led studio.
